Liviana the Huntingperson
a politically correct children's story based in mythology

Liviana learned much from her father about hunting and soon became the best huntingperson for thousands of miles. She was well known throughout all the land.

Soon, a large wandering herd of deer took up temporary residence in the nearby city of Hyderabad, and caused much disruption in the lives of the people of the city. The people of Hyderabad did not hold any prejudices against herds of deer, but rather were not accustomed to their presence among them. So, the king called for a group of huntingpeople to help quickly usher the herd away from the city by permanently discontinuing a few of their lives.

Liviana left home, where her father was perfectly able to ensure that enough food was brought home everyday to feed the family while she was gone. She set out for Hyderabad on horseback, not to imply that she was unable to walk, which was untrue, but so that she would get to Hyderabad faster.
